I always hear people talk about a lot of the different (open and closed) churches in East Buffalo’s Historic Polonia. One I don’t hear a lot about is Saint Joachim’s. This little church was tucked away on Titus Avenue a block off Broadway at the corner of Empire Street. For those not familiar with it, here is a history of the church.
This information was extracted from a great local website called Buffalo As An Architectural Museum.

The site is a great resource for more than just churches as well.
