One of the worst things that can happen to Chris (me) is when after I have been at one of our B-F treasures and come home, surf the internet and read some derogatory comments towards the neighborhood or one of its treasures…Central Terminal, Broadway Market, churches, etc.
This was the case yesterday when I came home from the Broadway Market. Here I was all happy, excited and full of positives from a meeting attended at Perison’s in the Market and then I read some things that just got under my skin. I won’t get into that.
Here is a message for all who think my and many other people’s efforts are a complete waste of time in B-F. We are here, we believe and most important…THE BROADWAY-FILLMORE AREA IS ALIVE!!!
So take that naysayers!
