As you may or may not know from reading our site, the Eckhardt Building is a dynamic structure that we have been assisting its owners with in terms of finding a reuse.
Since we really haven’t posted about the building in some time, I wanted to throw it out there for our readers.
Do you have any ideas on the type of reuse you would like to see for it?
