The Central Terminal Restoration Corporation released its much anticipated master plan earlier today. It provides a roadmap on how the Terminal complex can be restored and become something that could really help transform the neighborhood. I’m hopeful it will lead to great things for the Central Terminal and Broadway-Fillmore.
