The East Village Lofts at 939 Broadway are getting closer to completion and applications are now being accepted.
I snapped the above photos yesterday and spoke with a representative from the developer E Square Capital this morning. Work should be completed on the project in the fall. I also asked if I could get inside and take some pictures…stay tuned for that.
