Corpus Christi Church will host a performance by the Buffalo State Choir and Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Thomas Witakowski, Director of the Buffalo State College Chorale and Chamber Choir, on Palm Sunday, March 16th at 3:00P.M. The program includes a Bach cantata on Psalm 129/130 (De Profundis) and a piece for men’s choir by Arvo Part, also on “De Profundis.” The highlight of the performance will be Schubert’s “Stabat Mater,” a musical/choral presentation of the story of the Via Dolorosa (Way of the Cross).
