I was at city hall yesterday for some business. Prior to doing what it was I needed to do, I stopped in Council President David Franczyk’s office. Bob Sienkiewicz who is part of Mr. Franczyk’s staff let me tour the 25th floor. Luckily I brought video camera.
I did not have much time to shoot. The result though is what you see above.
