No smoke, no fire: City firelighters Joe Rankin, left, and Pat Lalley used a bucket truck and an ax Monday to knock loose blocks from the Buffalo East Community Service Center at Broadway and Fillmore Avenue. The blocks had posed a hazard to pedestrians, they said.
I snapped the above yesterday.
