I put together a video slideshow of the abandoned or vacant businesses on Broadway between Fillmore and Bailey. I am sure I missed a few.
Here on BFA and other places…we concentrate on the abandoned or vacant homes, but this problem also extends to the business properties on Broadway.
I know we try to post positives, but I feel the need to post the negatives as well at times…it keeps me rooted in why I am on here posting and what the mission of BFA is.
This neighbohood I love so dearly is historic…we have to find ways to keep focus on things like abandoned or vacant properties. Each one that is lost subtracts from the sum of all the parts that comprise historic Polonia…these buildings deserve a better fate.
