The snow stopped north of the city Saturday morning and the sun came out. It was such a pretty winter day that I decided to take a drive down to the terminal to take some photos. As you can see, the terminal and plaza were caught in the midst of an icy wind tunnel! To my surprise, Ben and Ed were there in the building, so I stayed and talked with them for a few minutes. Then I decided to take some interior photos. After about 20 minutes inside, my hands were frozen. I locked up the building, but my fingers wouldn’t work well enough to lock the gate padlock.
When I got outside, Bill and Tracy were parked there, so I sat in my car with the heat blasting and talked with them for awhile, until my fingers thawed out. I’m happy to report that the concourse is completely dry, but extremely cold!! 🙂
