By MARY KUNZ GOLDMANOK, so the daily news seems to be ranging these days from bad to apocalyptic. A few things are still going right. The Bills are back on track. Russ Cellino is still gone from the billboards. We had two first ladies here this week. And, best of all, the Broadway Market’s wall o’ butchers – the south wall, we’re talking – is, finally, once again fully occupied. Monday saw the grand opening of Camellia Meats, where Baczynski’s used to be. Buzz jumped the gun and visited Friday and found it soothed the soul. The owner, Erik, treats you with old-world courtesy. “Miss, which bacon would you like?” he asked. And: “Miss, would you like the pork sausage, or the chicken sausage?” If only all life’s questions were this pleasant!
