Torn Space Theater is on board with using the Central Terminal as a hub for art. Torn Space artistic director Dan Shanahan said the idea to set a production in the majestic structure came directly from Russell Pawlak, the president of the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation. In response to Pawlak’s request for a site-specific production, Shanahan came up with “Terminus,” which is a sequel to Torn Space’s last production, “Muriel Vanderbilt Goes Walking.”
