Fillmore District Councilman and Council President David Franczyk was on WGRZ TV-2 today discussing his proposed legislation that would ban the sale and installation of non-factory car stereo systems to city residents.
Mike Gilhooly reported on this last week here on BFA.
We have all heard the loud stereos in cars driving up and down our streets at all hours of the day. Things like this upset the quality of life for everyone. I am glad Councilman Franczyk is looking at these types of issues. Quality of life problems need to be addressed and remedying them are very important to the health of the city and its future.
