Want Pierogi for the Holidays? Try Pockets of Pride

After running the Buffalo Best Pierogi Contest at Corpus Christi Church for the last nine years, I’ve had the opportunity to taste some fantastic pierogi. Brian Marek has won a number of awards at the contest. His pierogi are as delish as it gets. He is the founder of Pockets of Pride. He took his passion for pierogi to next level by turning it into a business.
