As I stood and watched the cupola being raised back up on Corpus Christi Church’s south tower, I was filled with a lot of pride because I helped make this happen.
It is not easy doing things over here in Broadway-Fillmore. Many people spend countless and often thankless hours working to keep the neighborhood ALIVE.
Corpus Christi almost closed 9 years ago…fast forward to now, and the church is being preserved mainly because of everyday people who understand the importance of places like Corpus Christi. GOD BLESS all of theme!
