The Central Terminal Neighborhood Association (CTNA) is a block club established in 2022 to organize residents and build a community voice between Paderewski Drive, Fillmore Avenue, and Memorial Drive. One of the first orders of business of the CTNA was to put together a comprehensive blueprint to guide the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood into the future. Two dozen neighborhood residents contributed to a plan that addresses issues of Economic Development, Anchor Projects, Placemaking and Public Life, Historic Preservation, Public Infrastructure, Transportation and Access, Parks, Open Space, and Access to Nature.
Their mantra of “Planning by doing” is an excellent guiding principle for the group.

From the CTNA about the release of their plan:
The Central Terminal Neighborhood Association is proud to release its Broadway Fillmore 2032: A Vision for Neighborhood Restoration.
Broadway Fillmore 2032 is a community-based blueprint to restore our venerable neighborhood. This document is the result of a visioning workshop conducted by the Central Terminal Neighborhood Association (CTNA) on March 26, 2022. It is intended to be a guidepost for decision-makers as unprecedented resources are being committed to our neighborhood, as well as for our own projects and initiatives. “Planning by doing” is our mantra!

Hi Chris, I keep getting notices but only pieces. It says I have to log in, but I don’t have a code or log in info. I’m with Fields of Dreams Block Club & live here on Coit St. I’m so very happy to see the good changes in The Central Terminal. At night I can see it lit up with the lights, & during the day. That place has such a special meaning to me & many ppl in this area. Thanks for everything you’re doing there…God Bless You
Hi, Diane. I will check.
I think I fixed it. Let me know if you continue to have problems.
