Here’s a great opportunity to ensure children going back to school in the the coming weeks have the supplies they need.

Spread the word! My office, in collaboration with Congressman Brian Higgins, Erie County Legislator Howard Johnson, the Buffalo Central Terminal, and the UNITY Coalition, will be hosting a Back-To-School supplies drive and giveaway!
While Buffalo Public Schools re-opening plans remains under consideration, we want to do all we can to support our youth no matter what form school takes this fall.
Donations of supplies can be dropped off at County Legislator Howard Johnson’s office from today 8/3 until Friday, 8/21. Please see the attached flier for the types of supplies we are collecting!
The drive-through backpack giveaway will then be hosted at the Buffalo Central Terminal on 8/29! Proof of residency in the City of Buffalo may be required for pick-up.
