Please fix up parking ramp. Particularly the lower level. Parking spot marking lines are desperately needed. Buy a few gallons of bright yellow paint and a tape measure. There is no uniform method at the present time for parking vehicles which results in confusing mess. Also clean it up, provide a few trash receptacles. First impressions of this area leads one to believe the inside may be as filthy and unappealing as the outside.
