Buffalo Boogie And Dance Party at Central Terminal on August 13th

Three 2 Go Music Alliance is pleased to announce A Buffalo Boogie & Dance Party! Yes, we are bringing back a simple, good time, old fashioned dance party and jam. The Buffalo Boogie & Dance Party is on a Monday evening at the Buffalo Central Terminal, August 13, 2018, at 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. That’s right, a MONDAY EVENING.

Dancing to the Music of the 60’s 70’s 80’s with a splash of today, with DJ EZ Ed. And for those who like live music, joining us will be the Soulful Sounds of Marsha McWilson, the Jazz and Funk of E-Life 7, with Buffalo Music Hall of Fame inductees Ron Walker and Mike Pennick, and the R&B Sounds of Taylor Made International, performing many of your favorite old-school R&B songs with Buffalo Music Hall of Fame inductees Joey Diggs and Van Taylor. Vocalists Joyce Wilson Nixon and Melissa Kate, along with a variety of special guests, will be there to entertain you.

This party is a relaxed, casual event to start your week off on a good foot and a good note of music.

100% of monies raised will benefit the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park expansion for the African American Veteran’s Monument. The African American Veteran’s Monument will be the first of its kind in the United States, and will honor all African American veterans dating back to the Revolutionary War. It will join other important monuments at the Park, including the Polish American WWII Monument, the Merchant Marine Monument, the Korean War Memorial, and several others. Many of the band members and crew for the event will be donating their time on August 13th so that every dollar raised is able to support our proud Buffalo Naval Park.

Let’s JAM! And of all places, what a back drop at The Buffalo Central Terminal. During the Glory Days of The Central Terminal Train Station they also had events in the Main Concourse. Let’s do it again. There will be a 50/50 Raffle and additional chances to win prizes throughout the evening.

The Buffalo Central Terminal Restoration Committee is a main sponsor of the event. We would like to thank them for donating their space for this wonderful event.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or online at the link below.

ALERT: Dancers! We don’t know what the Buffalo Boogie looks like! Do you? Create a new dance to the song “Lance Party” from legendary singer Lance Diamond’s “Gold” album, and help us learn a new move!

This event is brought to you by RWMVP, Three2Go Music Alliance, Grand Slam Promotions, Music On The Frontlines, Taylor Made Jazz, and Melissa Kate Productions. For more information contact Van Taylor at 716- 855-1754
