I love Pączki Day for two reasons. One, I love pączki. Two, we are heading into Lent and the Easter season. It’s a time when the neighborhood and the market receive a lot of attention. From now until Dyngus Day, East Buffalo’s Historic Polonia is the place to be. I love every minute of it.
