To celebrate Buffalo’s ethnic diversity, Slow Food Buffalo Niagara, in conjunction with the International Institute of Buffalo, will conduct tours at five of Buffalo’s ethnic grocery stores on Saturday, July 13.
Free and open to the public, the tours will give participants an opportunity to expand their culinary knowledge and to discover new food sources in Buffalo.
