Opłatek and Kolędy

From the Polish Legacy Project:

In the tradition of the “Polish Forty Days of Christmas”, The Polish Legacy Project invites the entire Polish community and friends of ALL ages to share Opłatek and sing kolędy on Sunday, January 13. The event will take place after the Noon Polish Mass at St. Stanislaus Church in the Social Center.

A meal of homemade pierogi, kapusta and other dishes will be served. Admission is $20 (with reservation & prepayment by Jan. 9) / $25 at the door (limited amount of seats) / $10 for students / Free for children under 12.

Bring your voices and any instruments you play !
The singing gets intense at this event 🙂 !

Bilingual song sheets will be provided to allow all to appreciate the richness of Polish Christmas Carols. Bring your songbooks from years past ! More will be available for those who don’t have them. Singing in English and in Polish will be led by Polish customs expert Fr. Czesław Krysa.

Join us in the warm atmosphere that we’ve enjoyed at this event over the years and be ready for a few extra elements this year.

Attendees are highly encouraged to reserve a spot ahead of time by responding to this invitation or by calling Andy Golebiowski at 716-892-5975.
