As the smoke cleared on Saturday afternoon/ evening one thing was certain: I was a nervous wreck. I arrived right around 4pm, checked in and set up shop in the back corner of the plating area as it would soon be a mass of people trying to achieve the same goal I was. Once everything was under way I found out I was to be 3rd last to present to the judges in my category.
