Buffalo News: A new spin on the good old pierogi

The chicken wing may be king in Buffalo, but Saturday was all about the pierogi.

Crab cake pierogi.  Philly steak pierogi. Honey-roasted butternut squash pierogi. Texas hot pierogi. Gluten-free sauerkraut pierogi. Peanut butter and jelly pierogi.

Oh, and of course, Buffalo chicken wing pierogi.
