Down on the Farm: Ristra, Anyone?

These “Ristras” are made from some of the fine-quality Cayenne peppers I grow here. They are picked, strung up, and dried.

You can hang the ristra up in your kitchen, and pick a dry pepper off any time to add into any dish you might want with an extra ‘oomph’.
