The release of the Draft Future Development Plan is an important milestone for Buffalo. The Plan will identify where development should go and how it should occur for every neighborhood in the city. The Plan will serve as the foundation for Buffalo’s new zoning code.
Getting it right means making sure it works for you. This will be an opportunity for you to hear about key development strategies, discuss the Plan’s impact on your neighborhood and/or business, and to talk about city-wide land use issues.
