That organ is in such noticeable disrepair, and it has been since 2009 when I began to stop in every few weeks for Mass… you can hear it ciphering, numerous stops obviously don’t work, and something is always out of tune. I’ve heard obvious problems in it before, during and after Mass. One time when I was at CCC your organist even had to go downstairs and play the piano it was so bad. You do have a very good organist, but whatever the cause – perhpas it is a lazy committee or a dismissive attitude among “the powers that be,” whoever they are — nothing is being done to fix and restore this historic instrument. SHAME ON YOU CORPUS CHRISTI!
