  • Increase the positive focus on the East Side and the Central Terminal.
  • Be a catalyst for further investment and infusion in to the community.
  • Increase property values over time

  • Provide a valuable educational resource for community youth and youth programs
  • Provide much needed career training and employment opportunities
  • Enhance and restore the environment and create new sustainable and vital ecosystems
  • Be a unique attraction for the community.
  • Foster valuable partnerships within the community and the city as a whole.
  • Build pride within the community.
