The vacant Bank of America building at 949 Broadway was up for auction next week.
This is one of B-F’s landmark buildings and has been up for sale for over a year by Bank of America.
The auction was to take place on 08/11 with a preview of the building happening on 08/09.
I sent an email to auctioneer Scott Perry and Co. and Dave Franczyk to find out more info on why it was taken off the auction block.

Their website says “Cancelled at the request of the City of Buffalo”. Seems fishy… hhhmmmmmmmm.
