The garden behind Corpus Christi’s monastery was a great setting for a BBQ yesterday. The food and weather was simply awesome!
To me, I judge a BBQ or picnic on the quality of the potato salad…anything that reminds me of my mom’s or mother in law’s, makes the event an automatic hit…the potato salad at CCC yesterday achieved that mark.
