While on my way to Saint Adalbert Basilica yesterday for mass, I swung down Wilson Street to take a look at the Wilson Street Urban Farm (WSUF).
To my surprise, I saw that 396 Wilson was for sale by the city.
This property sits in the middle of the block and next to the WSUF.
A quick look at the city of Buffalo property information screen shows that it is a HOMESTEAD property which means it can be had for $1.00. So if you have a dollar and a dream, give the city a call and find out more about the property.
How cool would it be to buy a place right next to the Wilson Street Urban Farm?
