*City of Buffalo 2009-2010 Annual Action Plan Public Forum on Thursday, October 16, 6:00pm at the Old First Ward Community Center, 62 Republic St.

The East Buffalo GNPA includes the following neighborhoods; Babcock, Broadway Fillmore, Emerson, Kaisertown & Lovejoy. East Buffalo GNPA is a neighborhood-based planning organization that seeks to actively involve citizens in the creation of action plans for their communities.

  1. This is real important for more people to get involved. I feel within the next 3 – 5 years you have a great potential to rebuild the Broadway Market / Central Terminal area. I’m in favor of an all brick, Historic Village theme. Give people nice lots, and quality houses, that would make people WANT to move closer to the city.
