Day two of making pierogi was all about putting them together…that is exactly what a group of us did tonight at Corpus Christi Church…you know what, the convergence of the different aromas was like heaven…I can’t wait for Sunday…why…cuz Corpus Christi will defend Buffalo’s title as “The Pierogy Pocket Capital of America” with pride, honor and love…I don’t care who claims to be the best pierogi maker around Buffalo…nothing, and I mean nothing compares to homemade pierogi…that is what you will get on Sunday…
