This past weekend’s “Savor the Flavor” featured Mary Kunz Goldman and Jane Kwiatkowski from the Buffalo News. The video has highlights from it.
Both shared some meatless dishes with the crowd. Jane’s barley dish was awesome.
The quote of the day came from Mary’s husband Howard. (I asked if I could use it on BFA.) He said watching and listening to Mary on Saturday “was a mental exercise” of sorts because at home he is always trying to tune her out and on Saturday he had to pay attention. That made laugh and if you know Mary and Howard, they have a pretty good husband and wife comedy act going.
