No way!
Buffalo Watchdog recently wrote a post called “Throwing in the Towel on Buffalo’s Future“, about the cancellation of Savarino Construction’s proposed Elmwood Hotel. A couple of days earlier, another local blogger, Fix Buffalo, decides to shut down his efforts after trying for 26 months to turn things around on the east side. Maybe this is just a reaction to disappointment, or maybe it’s a case of activist burnout, but I hope this is not a trend. Buffalo can’t afford to lose any of its good, grassroots activists.
