A new documentary filmed here in Buffalo exposes the legal but often unethical practice of online real estate “flipping,” which has decimated countless East Side neighborhoods. Filmed by Nickel City Media’s Marc Odien, the doc not only features the usual talking heads, but also takes viewers into the worst neighborhoods to see the devastation and to talk to the residents who live nextdoor to it every day.
