Sr. Karen’s Peace Sign

Christina Abt from Buffalo WOW has put together an initiative to help keep Sr. Karen’s vision of peace alive.

“The process of raising funds to print 3,000 of Sr. Karen’s “I Leave Peace Prints” signs is finally underway. I have sent out letters to corporations and businesses asking for their support, and I have also created a website through which anyone can contribute.” ~Christina Abt

Christina needs our help to get Sr. Karen’s peace sign printed.

Sr. Karen Klimczak was an activist that promoted peace around Buffalo and WNY.  She was one of those people whose work spoke for her…never seeking attention for the acts of kindness and love she shared with the world and WNY just seeking attention to her cause.

Christina came up with the idea of spreading Sr. Karen’s peace message throughout WNY by printing up thousands of “I leave PEACE PRINTS” signs that were one of her new projects before she died.

It is a wonderful tribute and a wonderful way to remind people that peace is a noble cause.
