Apriori: UB Department of Art Senior Thesis Exhibit at the Central Terminal

The Central Terminal continues to host many diverse events.

Today I made my way down to Apriori…it was an exhibition of art from UB seniors doing their thesis.  An absolutely wonderful event that gave students from UB a unique setting to display their works.

The terminal itself is a canvas.  Add in the mix of a wide variety of different types of art and it equals out to a one of kind Buffalo event.  It illustrates the potential not only for the artists involved but for the building as well.

You could just see the sparkle in the eye of both visitor and artist.  The Central Terminal is an awe inspiring venue.

Here is a photo montage of both art and the terminal.

Listen to the music in the background…it a composition from Derek Punaro.  Derek is involved with both Broadway Fillmore Alive and the Central Terminal.  This music was written for the 1999 RIT Players production of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The piece is entitled Bergomask Dance.  One heck of a talented individual!
