The former Hank Nowak Post @ 1210 Broadway was on the market for almost two years and finally has a new owner and a new use.
It now Banquets and More…a multipurpose facility for a wide range of different events.
To be honest, I was concerned about the building sitting on the market for as long as it was…but worry I will no more.
