More sad news…
Our family lost my grandmother about a month and a half ago and now my much loved Aunt Terry passed away unexpectedly on Sunday…her and her family started out on Sweet Avenue and moved to Hamburg a number years ago…her pierogi are part of family legend.

Mondel; dearest mother of Caroline (Timothy) Playter, David (Christine) Mondel and Elizabeth (Robert) Battleson; loving grandmother of Cullen, Kathryn, Connor, Brianna, Jacob, Matthew and Kyle; daughter of the late Felix Peplowski, and the late Helen Peplowski Lewandowski; sister of Rosemarie (late Thomas) Byrd, Denise Peplowski and the late Robert (late Constance) Peplowski and the late Edward Peplowski; The family will be present to receive friends Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the (Hamburg Chapel) JOHN J. KACZOR FUNERAL HOME INC., 5453 Southwestern Blvd., (corner of Rogers Rd. 646-5555) where prayers will be said Thursday morning at 8:45 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Lake Church at 9:30. Interment in Lakeside Memorial Cemetery.
