The Buffalo Central Terminal invites the community to celebrate the beauty of autumn at the Buffalo Central Terminal with a lineup of family-friendly events in the month of October. From a community-focused “Fall Clean-Up,” to the brand-new “Oktoberfest,” and the beloved annual “Trunk-or-Treat,” there’s something for everyone to enjoy at this iconic Buffalo landmark.

OCTOBER EVENTS

  • “Fall Clean-Up” Help us get ready for our family-friendly fall events! Join the Buffalo Central Terminal, Matt Urban Center, and Central Terminal Neighborhood Association on Saturday, October 14th from 10:00am to 1:00pm for a morning community cleanup followed by a pizza lunch provided by the Buffalo Central Terminal.
  • “Oktoberfest” One of WNY’s favorite times of the year. Enjoy our family-friendly Oktoberfest featuring live music, Bill’s watch party, petting farm, pumpkin decorating, hayrides, beer & wine vendors and more. To be held on Sunday, October 22nd from 11:00am to 4:00pm.
  • “Trunk or Treat hosted by the Matt Urban Center” Celebrate Halloween with family-friendly trunk-or-treating at the Buffalo Central Terminal on Tuesday, October 24th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Enjoy an array of fun, fall activities on the Terminal Lawn including face painting, mask making, cider and doughnuts. October 25th is the rain date for Trunk or Treat.

“These events at Buffalo Central Terminal are all about uniting our diverse East Buffalo community. We’re creating an inclusive space right in our very own neighborhood where families can come together and celebrate the season without having to venture out of the heart of the city,” said Lindsey Taylor, events consultant for the Buffalo Central Terminal.
