The Near East and West Side Task Force is hosting a Holiday Passport to Wellness event this Friday, December 2 from 8:45 am to 12:30 pm at the Broadway Market.
The first 75 registered individuals who complete their Passport to Wellness by meeting with wellness and education vendors and participating in free health screenings will receive a $10 gift card and a free #covid19 cloth mask.
