The Rivoli was located at 1111 Broadway in East Buffalo. I saw many movies here in my youth. The theater was torn down in the 1980s. It’s not hard to have my mind wander to wondering how cool it would be if it didn’t meet the wrecking ball.

The Rivoli theater was truly majestic, & was sided by 2 other nearby theaters also on Broadway. The Roosevelt theater between Smith & Fillmore & also the Lincoln theater on Broadway & Titus. Great memories.!!
The ROOSEVELT was between Detroit Street & Fillmore Ave.. I lived across the street from the Roosevelt
I also saw The Ten Commandments at the Rivoli. Saw it twice in a row. My parents didn’t know where I was and were quite nervous.
I also remember the Halloween events there too .
