Buffalo Dream Weavers Collecting Baskets for Saint Luke’s Mission of Mercy

From the Buffalo Dream Weavers Facebook event page:

For the ninth year, in memory of James Wendell Johnson, we will collect Easter baskets for the children who will eat their holiday meal at St Luke’s Mission of Mercy.

The baskets are geared for kids ages 2 though 13. Each basket contains:

1 small toy or stuffed animal
1 pair of socks
1 bag of jelly beans
1 chocolate bunny

Baskets can be dropped off from March 20 to March 28 at the following locations:

🐣 59 Pomona Place, South Buffalo, in the bin on the front porch.
🐣 152 W. Hazeltine, Kenmore (one block from the North Buffalo border) in the bin on the back porch
🐣 114 Euclid in Hamburg at George St., in the bin on the front steps

🌈 There will also be a drop-off at McDonalds, 820 Young St. In Tonawanda from 6 pm to 8 pm Thursday March 29th.

We will be dropping them off at St Luke’s at 10am March 30th.. Everyone who is donating is welcome to bring their baskets to St Luke’s if you can make it 🙂

Thanks for your generosity 💗
