The Historic East Side Neighborhood Initiative (HESNI) is a preservation group for East Buffalo concentrating on helping rescue historic buildings and establishing a local historic district. The HESNI and Preservation Buffalo Niagara will be hosting a community meeting on Wednesday, December 6th, 2017 at the Adam Mickiewicz Library & Dramatic Circle.
The organizations are looking for input from the community on the proposed creation of a historic district for the Broadway-Fillmore neighborhood. The idea for the district is help preserve historic, cultural and legacy sites in the area. This is a great opportunity to meet the people behind the initiative and add your voice to process.
