Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (NY) urges the current administration to fund Weatherization Programs to help reduce utility costs for low income households. This program supports local construction, small business and manufacturing jobs. With every $1 invested, Weatherization returns $2.51 in benefits to housholds and community.
