This is something I thought about doing a few years ago and like some of the things I do here on BFA, it gets put on the back burner until I find the time to do it.
What I want people who read BFA either here or on Facebook is to send me a picture of their 2012 Wigilia.
Wigilia is still a big deal in my family and my guess is that it is in your family as well. I want to show the world how we here in Buffalo and Western New York still gather on Christmas Eve for Wigilia. What I will do is create a photo album here on BFA and on Facebook with your photos. You can send me whatever type of Wigilia photos you want…pictures of food, family, friends, etc.
Wigilia is such a great Polish tradition…one of my favorites. It is something my family takes a lot of Polish pride in and I want you to share your Polish pride with BFA.
What you need to do is send BFA your photo to broadwayfillmore@gmail.com on 12/24 or 12/25…include your family name and brief description of the photo. The photos will be published soon after.
