A Street…not “A” street but A Street.
If I am correct, A, B and C Streets off Fillmore Avenue are the only in Buffalo whose names are simply letters.
Though a little bit outside of Broadway-Fillmore, I find it interesting that amidst all these very ethnic and wonderful street names we have throughout B-F and the East Side, there are three with one letter for their names.
I also wonder why these are the only in the city to be named this way.
