Come out to the Central Terminal on June 16th to experience the Terminal the way it was meant to be experienced.

The 1929 art-deco masterpiece is the perfect back drop for the sights and sounds of an era gone by when swing bands were king and vintage pin-ups like Bettie Page were popular!

Join us to re-live that era with a double headlining night full of music and swing dancing.

Coming straight from the “Big Apple” is the swing sensation from NYC, Double Down. They will keep the dance floor busy with all of their catchy original numbers and covers of some of the classics! Also appearing as a dual headlining act all the way from New Jersey is the jump blues – swing band, The Gas House Gorillas. The Gorillas really bring it with their high energetic live show that will leave you in a trance. The live music does not stop there as we keep the bands coming with Krypton 88 from Rochester, The Millwinders from Toronto, Buffalo’s own Kickstart Rumble, and the Vignettes from Barker, NY.

This unique evening will also feature swing dance lessons and dance demos from Chuck Chazz and the Next Generation Swing, and Swing Buffalo. Both groups will teach you the basics and also show you how it’s done as the concourse floor becomes the biggest dance floor in all of Buffalo! You won’t want to miss it.

The doors open at 4pm and the party does not stop until late in the evening. Make sure to stop out on June 16th and experience what everyone was talking about from last year’s Deco-Fest! This music festival is truly made for the Central Terminal! All the event information is available at http://www.deco-fest.com, and tickets for this all ages event are on sale now for only $15! Kids under 12 free.
