I notice the stage looks pretty empty behind Mr. Cichon. I guess all the dignitaries had lots of other important places to be 🙁

I think what we would do in the past is have dance before ribbon cutting…I will suggest for 2013. 🙂 Always nice seeing you and the rest of the HPFE!!!
